Report of the Curriculum Design CommitteeThis report presents the work of the School of Medicine’s Curriculum Design Committee. It describes the framework for our new medical student curriculum and is the first step in implementing the recommendation of the Strategic Plan for Medical Education that the school “rebuild the curriculum from the ground up.”
The next step in creating our new curriculum will be to develop specific content. A new committee and working groups that will include broad representation from faculty in our basic science and clinical departments, students, and alumni will now be formed to oversee and carry out this important work.
