Workplace Survey Committee
A workplace survey committee was created in mid-2011 to review the results of the workplace survey and come up with recommendations to improve the workplace. Two sub-committees were created: the Reward & Recognition Sub-Committee and the Events Sub-Committee.
The Events Sub-Committee is responsible for creating events designed to break down barriers fostering an environment of inclusion and for creating and improving relationships. Information on these events may be found on this website. This sub-committee is also tasked with the organizing an Annual Staff Appreciation Luncheon.
Reward & Recognition Sub-Committee
The Reward & Recognition Sub-Committee is tasked with creating a program to help employees learn to respect each other in the workplace, recognize each other's contributions and encourage communication. As a part of that program, the committee created a set of values to live by, which we call the EDUCATE values.
In order to bring meaning to the EDUCATE values, the sub-committee created the High 5! Program.
