This bulletin offers applicants and their parents a summary of the financial aid program at the Yale School of Medicine. The 2010-2011 Bulletin is available online in two formats:
The total cost of attending medical school includes tuition, room and board, books, transportation, health insurance and other expenses. The School of Medicine calculates aid based on an estimated cost of attendance, with allowances added for married students and/or students with dependents.
It is important to note that the first and last year budgets are based on nine months (September-May) and all other budgets are based on twelve months.
