Susan obtained her BA from UCLA and moved to Connecticut from California in 1992. She obtained her MBA in 2012, with honors, from Albertus Magnus College. Susan has worked at Yale since 2004 where she started as the coordinator for the Ambulatory Clerkship in the department of Internal Medicine. She also contributed in creating the Palliative Care online educational programs and workshops. In 2009 she joined the Office of Education and is currently the Associate Director and Project Manager for the curriculum rebuild effort underway.
