Viewing, Printing & Submitting

Once you have completed your secondary application, you should submit it to us. If all required sections have not been completed, you will be unable to submit your application.

To submit your secondary application:

  1. Connect to the secondary application's website
  2. Enter your use ID and password
  3. Click on "Submit Secondary Application"

After completing and submitting the secondary application, we recommend that you print a copy of it for your records.

To view and print your application:

  1. Connect to the secondary application's website
  2. Enter your user ID and password
  3. Click on the Status tab
  4. Select "Click here for .pdf copy of application" to download and print a copy of your application
