Biographical Info

Board certified radiologist with added qualifications in Neuroradiology. Area of expertise: imaging diagnosis of emergent diseases involving the central nervous system. Before joining the Yale Faculty served as Chairman of the Hospital of Saint Raphael, Director of Emergengy Radiology at Brigham and Women's, Harvard Medical School and Section Chief of Trauma and Emergency Radiology at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. Very active in organized radiology as member of scientific commitees and presentor at RSNA, ARRS, ASNR and ASER. Also an examiner in Neuroradiology for the American Board of Radiology and a past president and gold medalist of the American Society of Emergency Radiology. Numerous publications and book chapters in the imaging of cranio-facial and spine injuries
