Pediatric Radiology Fellowship
Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital has openings for an ACGME approved Pediatric Radiology Fellowship of one year duration beginning July 1, 2014 and July 1, 2015.
Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital serves as one of New England’s major referral centers for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric diseases. A full range of inpatient and outpatient subspecialty physicians provide a diverse referral base for the Pediatric Radiology Department. Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital is a 201-bed facility which includes a 46 bed Newborn Intensive Care Unit and an 11 bed pediatric intensive care unit. There is a 24-hour pediatric emergency room serving as one of only two Level 1 pediatric trauma centers in the state. Serving as the primary teaching hospital for the Yale School of Medicine the hospital offers accredited residency positions in all major medical specialties including Diagnostic Radiology.
The fellowship is located in New Haven; a college city with fine restaurants, theaters, and multiple cultural activities associated with Yale University. Interested applicants should send a universal application, their curriculum vitae, a copy of their radiology residency program graduation certificate (when available), USMLE steps 1, 2, and 3, three letters of recommendation, and a personal statement to our fellowship director.
