Evaluation Plan
To be able to measure the impact of the CDS application, a comprehensive Evaluation Plan is required, including:
- Main measures to be used to determine the success of each intervention. These can be a combination of quantitative and qualitative, and should include both process and outcome measures
- For each measure, specify plans to collect data, including data sources and anticipated length of time required for data collection
- For required data sources, ensure that the CDS design is capable of capturing and reporting them
