    Yale School of Management

    The Yale School of Management offers several courses throughout the academic year that include didactics in quality improvement. Relevant courses include Healthcare Operations, Healthcare Strategy, and Managing Healthcare Organizations.

    Yale School of Management Healthcare Management and Leadership Fundamentals

    The Yale School of Management offers a 3-day executive-level program in Healthcare Management and Leadership Fundamentals. Topics covered in the program include The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), healthcare strategies, operations, financial management, management techniques, and leadership.

    Yale School of Management Executive MBA

    The Yale School of Management offers a 22-month executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus in healthcare. Relevant courses include Healthcare Policy and Finance, Managing and Innovating in Healthcare Organizations, and Healthcare Operations.

    Yale School of Public Health

    The Yale School of Public Health offers courses related to quality improvement throughout the academic year. Relevant courses include Health Services Research, Cost Effectiveness Analysis and Decision-Making, and Health Care Policy, Finance, and Economics.

    Yale School of Public Health Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management

    The Yale School of Public Health offers a two-year program culminating in a Master’s Degree in Public Health (MPH) degree. Program areas of focus include organizational behavior and leadership, business economics and finance, quality improvement and implementation science, operations and information management, cost-effectiveness analyses, hospital and integrated delivery system administration, and pharmaceutical and medical technology industries.

    Yale School of Public Health PhD and Post-Doctoral Programs in Health Services Research

    The Yale School of Public Health offers PhD and Post-Doctoral programs in Health Services Research. The PhD program typically takes 4-5 years to complete. Those interested in the post-doctoral program may apply for a one- or two-year fellowship.
