Patricia Schumacher has been working with the Zigler Center’s School of the 21st Century Unit, supporting Arkansas leaders in the program’s implementation and expansion. She has been specifically involved in leadership development. The Arkansas network has grown to 33 school districts. Dr. Shumacher has been involved in developing Schools of the 21st Century since 1988 as a school administrator.
