The School Development Program supports its network of schools and districts with programs and services that include:
- Professional Development and Consultation Services;
- SDP Instruments including School Climate, Development, and School Management Surveys; and
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
The School Development Program is currently working with the following schools and districts:

New Haven Public Schools - Kansas
Topeka Public Schools - Maryland
Prince George’s County Public Schools - North Carolina
Wayne County Public Schools - South Carolina
The Partnership for Unparalleled Scholastic Excellence (PULSE) in 4 pilot schools in Hartsville in the Darlington County School District - U.S. Department of Education Grant Districts
