Center for Cellular and Molecular Imaging (CCMI)

Yale Microscopy Workshop

The symposia theme of this year's Yale Microscopy Workshop is "Correlative Light and Electron Microscopy (CLEM)". We will also offer a small group micro-course on "optimizing confocal imaging", geared for investigators new to confocal microscopy. As usual, there are a very broad range of technical lectures and demonstrations that are too numerous to mention here, but notably including practical lectures on fluorophore choice and sample preparation for EM/CLEM.  Something for everyone, for beginners as well as the advanced microscopists!
