7. Generating Across Subject Composite Maps

Generate an .msb setup file as described in the Multisubject Manual Page , an example setup file can be seen here.  This procedure can be run with two programs within the BioImageSuite package:  either the BrainRegister program or the DualMultiSubject program.  The two programs are the same except for the fact that the DualMultiSubject program includes two MultiSubject tabs instead of only one MultiSubject tab with BrainRegister. This extra MultiSubject tab is helpful when trying to compare two groups of subjects (as seen in the next set of instructions)

Generate two separate .msb files for each group as seen in the Multisubject Manual Page.
