Yale and BBS offer numerous resources for students from underrepresented populations, as exemplified by the links on the left hand side of this page. In particular, we strive to provide underrepresented minority students with role models and mentors among the faculty and give students opportunities to network with these faculty and with one another. Prospective and current students are encouraged to contact the BBS Director of Minority Affairs (http://bbs.yale.edu/diversity/contact.aspx) to learn more about the strategies, resources, and programs available to them.
Also noted in the links to the left are resources for students with disabilities. In particular, Yale’s Resource Office on Disabilities (http://yalecollege.yale.edu/content/resource-office-disabilities) and the Graduate School’s Office for Diversity and Equal Opportunity (http://www.yale.edu/graduateschool/diversity/index.html) have extensive experience in tailoring transportation, IT, and classroom resources to students with special needs. Please contact either office for additional information.
