Updating Your Contact Information
There are now two ways to update your contact information:
Complete the simple form below, which the Medical School will then forward to the University Alumni Records Office. The Alumni Records Office will update your file so that your new information will be in the University-wide Online Alumni Directory.
Visit the Association of Yale Alumni website where you can directly update your information in the University-wide Online Alumni Directory. Please note, if you have not used the Online Alumni Directory before, you will have to register to create a password once you enter the Directory. If you have used it before, you will be asked to use the password you previously created to access your record.
