Giving to Yale School of Medicine

This is an exciting time in the history of medicine and an exciting time to be at Yale, where students find a commitment to excellence that defines everything we do and establishes this School as a national and international leader in research, education, and patient care.

The School enrolls a talented and diverse class of students from every segment of modern society – men and women who have the maturity, intelligence, energy, and compassion to grow into the kind of physician-leaders we strive to educate.

YSM 2017 Graduating Class Gift

The official results are in! For four weeks in March, 95% of the graduating class participated in the Graduating Class Gift campaign and raised $1,687 for the Alumni Fund – congratulations! The Class of 2017 now holds the record for the highest participation of any class, and the second highest dollar amount raised. Class co-presidents, Evan Levy and Jacob Siegel, led the campaign and encouraged classmates to contribute $20.17 or more in honor of their graduation year. Two additional gifts of $1,000 will be supplemented by two alumni “challenge” donors because the class reached (and surpassed!) their campaign goals.

The Class Gift is an opportunity for graduating students to show their gratitude to YSM and to leave a legacy for future students. THANK YOU to those students who participated in the 2017 Class Gift. This is your first step toward being a proud alum.

Thank you!

Jacob Siegel and Evan Levy
