Giving to Yale School of Medicine

2011 Class Photo

One hundred students each year make Yale the most stimulating place in the world to study medicine. Each chooses Yale for a hundred different reasons; the 100 Reasons Viewbook is about a few of them.

Giving to Yale School of Medicine

This is an exciting time in the history of medicine and an exciting time to be at Yale, where students find a commitment to excellence that defines everything we do and establishes this School as a national and international leader in research, education, and patient care.

The School enrolls a talented and diverse class of students from every segment of modern society – men and women who have the maturity, intelligence, energy, and compassion to grow into the kind of physician-leaders we strive to educate.

YSM 2017 Graduating Class Gift

We are encouraging all members of the graduating class to participate in the Class Gift Campaign to support the YSM Alumni Fund. As class co-presidents, we are asking our classmates to contribute $20.17 or more to meet this year’s new challenge. Two alumni “challenge” donors, Dr. Lillian Oshva, ’96, Chair of the Yale School of Medicine Alumni Fund, and Dr. Richard Kayne, ’76, President of the Association of Yale Alumni in Medicine, have committed to donate $1,000 each if the class surpasses 70% participation and reaches $1,450.

The Class Gift is an opportunity for us to show our gratitude to YSM and to leave a legacy for future students. In honor of our graduation year and to make your first step toward being a proud alum, please make your 2017 Class Gift contribution today!

Thank you!
